As the Integrated Creative Strategist & Social Media Manager for @lampungcerdas TikTok, I orchestrated an end-to-end strategic transformation over a two-year period (November 2023 - November 2025). The project involved transforming a stagnant TikTok presence into a recognized brand authority and primary information hub for students in Indonesia seeking college and career guidance. Through strategic 'Edutainment' content, algorithm optimization, and community engagement, I successfully generated 21.8 million video views, reached over 15.3 million unique viewers, and drove 831 targeted website clicks for lead generation.

At the start of management (November 2023), the account faced three critical challenges: Growth Stagnation with minimal penetration of the TikTok algorithm, Niche Competition in the highly saturated Education & Career space dominated by large creators, and Dual Objectives requiring both viral awareness and conversion of cold audiences into warm leads. The market required a unique value proposition to stand out while maintaining credibility and driving measurable business results.

Solution

Implemented a multi-pronged strategy focused on Content, Community, and Conversion. Developed an 'Edutainment' content pillar blending education with entertainment across 4 content clusters: Academic Info, Career Development, Motivation & Success Stories, and Quick Q&A. Applied the strict '3-Second Gold' hook optimization rule, maintained consistent high-frequency posting during prime time, and actively managed community engagement by turning comments into new content. Implemented clear CTAs directing audiences to link in bio (linktr.ee/Lampungcerdas) and produced Bottom-of-Funnel content targeting the most engaged segments.

Results

Successfully transformed the account to 20,200+ followers with 863,400+ total account likes. Generated massive reach with 21,825,162 total video views and 15,337,721 unique viewers reached over the 2-year period.
