Managing a 64,575-follower EdTech account with a highly specific audience demographic (73.2% female, 70% ages 18-24 students) required a delicate balance between educational content and highly shareable, relatable meme-based content. The platform algorithm heavily favors Reels, but the existing strategy wasn't optimized for this format. Additionally, the challenge was to translate high engagement into actual business conversions through the Linktree funnel.

Solution

Implemented a strategic Reel-dominant content strategy (74.3% of all content), backed by deep audience analysis and hashtag optimization. Produced 171 posts total—127 Reels, 34 Carousels, and 10 Photos—maintaining consistent quality while identifying viral triggers through data. Used hashtag performance analysis (#MEMES, #TKA, #LAMPUNGCERDAS, #SISWA) to blend educational content with meme culture. Continuously monitored analytics to refine strategy and identify high-performing content patterns.

Achieved 2,663,533 total post views, 158,439 likes (5.9% engagement rate), 14,528 shares, 3,708 saves, and an average Reel reach of 17,293.
